I developed the systems and processes to manage the marketing effort, including implementation of software platforms to automate and simplify. I trained employees to develop self-sufficient in-house capability, created HTML templates and managed the redesign of their website so in the end, they had a fully functional marketing organization with completely redesigned content and the ability to manage it themselves going forward.
